A storyteller with just enough trauma to make me interesting, therapy to make me wise, and recklessness to make me a writer. I'm pretty crass and casual and have (what I think is) a distinctive perspective on life, love, healing, and the winding road we take to living a life we actually love.
I'm a longtime writer and first-time novelist, writing lived-in stories that navigate the complex, beautiful, and inescapable events that make us human - and provide enough humor, romance, and distracting locations to make that achingly beautiful ride go down a little easier.

I'm in the deep end of a story that explores love and grief and all the ways they wreck us and make us human. This book is about the journey we take to find ourselves after losing ourselves.
It's a novel you can get lost in, laugh with, and have your heart ripped out by but still feel like the end is exactly as it should be. But it's also about a woman from Texas and a British rock star.
